This EP is a musical reflection on America's addiction to the exploitation of black bodies for profit. Indeed, though the spirit of the Confederacy has always lurked in our political shadows, so too has a long line of compromisers no better than an enemy.

Between these two ends of the political spectrum, they guide their human cargo back and forth, funneling our rage and pain into wealth. Erasure is the embodiment of this political failure, and if we continue give them our votes for nothing in return, it will never stop.

It’s time to demand specific reparative justice for the American Descendants of Slavery. This is the only way America can heal its soul and finally be reconciled as a nation.
